Ropax shares experience

On December 5, 2024, the association "Women in Transport," in collaboration with the Transport and Telecommunication Institute, organized the forum "Well-being and Women in Transport." Bringing together both in person and online, the forum provided insights into various topics related to the well-being of women working in the transport sector. Discussions focused on balancing private and professional life, healthy lifestyle, and as well as digital wellbeing.

Jūlija Bērziņa, Chairperson of the Board at SIA "Riga Ropax Terminal," shared her experience with effective time management tools, particularly highlighting successful calendar planning and structuring daily activities.
