From 10 to 12 September, Riga Ropax Terminal took part in Seatrade Hamburg 2025, a leading maritime transport and cruise industry event held in Hamburg, Germany. The exhibition provided an opportunity to present the terminal’s development plans, establish new international partnerships, and strengthen Riga’s role as a key cruise and ferry hub in the Baltic Sea region. Participation alongside the Freeport of Riga Authority, Riga City Council, and the Liepāja Tourism and Information Centre helped build valuable industry connections. Chairwoman of the Board, Jūlija Bērziņa, emphasized that the event was a significant step in attracting new partners and fostering dialogue with cruise lines already operating in Riga

This year March 10 - 14, in partnership with Riga City, RoPax Terminal will be showcasing its project and introducing the new architectural concept at the MIPIM 2025 in Cannes.

On 7 May, the winners of the architectural competition for the new passenger and ro-ro cargo terminal Riga Ropax Terminal - the world-famous London-based architectural practice Zaha Hadid Architects - were awarded. See the design sketches.
